Emma Kuypers has over 20 years of experience in coaching, leadership, management, training, building relationships, employee and customer satisfaction, and sales and marketing in corporate environments.

She is an award-winning, international business facilitator who has held roles such as Lead Trainer at Mercedes- Benz Financial Services NZ and General Manager of Nissan Financial Services NZ.

Emma has served on a Global Training Council, worked as a Diversity Ambassador and in organisations committed to empowering women in business. She also has a proven track record in supporting business startups and revitalising established businesses.

Emma’s goal is to enhance businesses by building bridges and increasing cohesivity. She aims to empower and motivate management, individuals and teams by increasing confidence, understanding and developing skills.

She is an ExtendedDisc® Certified Practitioner.
